The calendar icon does not appear. What can I do?

If the calendar icon does not appear at all, then it’s most likely Internet Explorer’s gliche. Please try using another browser like Chrome, Safari, Firefox or update your browser to the latest version.

 

I can’t click on the date I wish to book. What can I do?

Our system only allows you to book until pre-determined days in advance. Every product has different conditions.

If you are booking late

Please contact us first to check availability and upon confirmation, book by selecting a random date that’s clickable and let us know the real date in the NOTES section of the checkout page.

If you want to book early

Please note that in case you cancel your booking in the future, the refund process may get a little complicated for bookings made too early due to restrictions in our payment system. Also, there is a slight chance the supplier may change operation details, so if you are okay with all these disclaimers, go ahead and book early by selecting a random date that’s clickable and let us know the real date in the NOTES section of the checkout page.
