How To Book & Pay?

First of all, thank you for your interest in Indiway!

By now, you would have probably decided on your itinerary and the products that you would like to book with us. So, how do you book the products that you are interested in?
Fret not! It’s just as easy as ABC. Let’s see….

 ➡ TIP! Use either Google Chrome or Firefox to make reservations and payment on our website. Somehow Internet Explorer doesn’t like us. =(

Step 1: Select and/or fill up all required details ⇒ BOOK NOW.

Your tickets will be added to the cart.

💡 Note that greyed-out dates either means that:
(1) Product does not operate on that date (Check operating dates!)
(2) Product is fully booked.
(3) It is too late/too early to book for your preferred date.

If you are unable to reschedule your dates, please email us( and
we will see if we can try to fit you in.

Step 2: Proceed to checkout or continue shopping

After reviewing your booking details and make sure that you have added everything you need in the cart, make your payment by clicking “PAY NOW” If you want to continue shopping for other products, simply click “X” button


Step 3: Proceed to payment

Fill in all the necessary details ⇒ Proceed to pay by either PayPal, Eximbay, Korean bank transfer or cash
=> Click “PAY NOW”.

Step 4: Sit back, relax and wait for our confirmation email. =)

<Payment Option>

1) Paying by PayPal

Once you checkout with your payment choice as PayPal, you will be directed to PayPal page
⇒ Login with your PayPal account or choose “Credit card” option
⇒ Verify your credit card details
⇒ Click on “Pay Now”

2) Paying by Eximbay

Once you click on “PAY NOW”, you will be directed to Eximbay page.
⇒ Fill up your credit card details
⇒ Click “PAY NOW”

3) Paying by Korean Bank Transfer (Korea only)

➡  Note that your ticket is not guaranteed until payment is complete.

Bank transfers should be made at least TWO DAYS PRIOR to the booking deadline.

Some products get fully booked early on, so even if your transfer is made two days in advance, we cannot guarantee your seat or ticket. If you fail to complete payment on time, your reservation will be canceled automatically without notice.

Transactions charges are to be borne by the customer.
In case of refund, we can only issue refunds to a Korean bank account.

Use the last 6 digits of your Order ID as the payment reference.
For example, if Order ID is FKT30002300 >>> 002300 Email or CHAT with us after you have made the transfer. There are many cases where we cannot match the name of the sender and booking information.


4) Paying by Cash(Korea only)

Cash payment is available at Indiway’s Korea office only.
Your seat is not guaranteed until payment is complete.

➡ You cannot pay with CASH at the ticket office or to the tour staff on the day of travel.

➡ Cash Payment is only available for products that have unlimited availability.
We will not inform you about limited availability status as it constantly changes. We will only process your order once payment is complete.

The office visit is only available upon appointment. Please write your expected date and time of visit in the NOTES section.
